Before you write

A puzzle will not accept my answer: Include the chapter, the room and exactly what you typed. Every attempt is validated on the server, so we can look up what it received.
My save disappeared: Tell us whether you were signed in. Guest progress lives only in that browser; a signed-in save lives on the server and can be recovered.
I need an accessibility change: Say what is in the way. Subtitles, transcripts, keyboard-only play, reduced motion, high contrast and larger type are all already in settings, but if something is still unusable we want to know.
I want a refund: Ask within fourteen days and it will be refunded. You do not have to justify it.
